Healer Surveys provide detailed infrastructure design predominantly for housing developments for anything from 10 dwellings for local developers up to 600+ dwellings for national house builders. We help assist our clients with the various stages of the development’s progression from scheme conception through to scheme completion. This includes providing Engineering packages for Bid, Board, planning and detailed design stage of the development.
We have experience working on developments under the old Sewers for Adoption 7/8th edition, the more recent DCG and with various SAB authorities in Wales. For these developments we have produced a variety of services including the production of Flood Risk Assessments (FRA), Flood Consequence Assessments (FCA) and/or Drainage Strategies.
We have worked on numerous developments working with various local authorities (Warwickshire, Wiltshire, North Somerset, Devon, Gloucestershire etc) and Water authorities (Severn Trent Water, Wessex, Welsh Water etc) as well as more recently NAV companies (Icosa Water, IWNL etc).
We’re always open to expanding our client base and have previously provided infrastructure design for Commercial/industrial units and private home & business owners.
We use a range of software to inform our design, and this includes Auto CAD, Windes, PDS etc.
